What is included in the 7-day free trial?+
The free trial gives you full access to all platform features — you can create certifications, add auditors, run the manday engine, and explore all 17 workflow steps. You will be asked to save a payment method — there is no charge during the trial, though your bank may show a small ₹1/$1 verification that is auto-reversed — and your subscription starts automatically after 7 days unless you cancel.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?+
No setup fees. No onboarding cost. You pay only the monthly or annual subscription fee for your chosen plan. For Enterprise customers, we provide a complimentary dedicated onboarding session.
Can I change my plan at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you support Indian Rupee (INR) billing?+
Yes. Indian certification bodies can pay in INR via Razorpay. International customers pay in USD via Stripe. The currency is auto-detected based on your region.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe for USD billing, and Razorpay for INR billing (including UPI, net banking, and cards).
Is my data isolated from other certification bodies?+
Yes. All data is isolated per CB at the database level — every query is scoped to your dedicated tenant ID, enforced through database security policies and application-level tenant guards. Tenant isolation is verified under our continuous security assessment programme.
Does the platform support multi-standard (IMS) certifications?+
Yes. You can assign multiple ISO standards to a single certification. The manday engine automatically calculates IMS reductions per IAF MD11, and form sections are conditionally rendered based on the selected standards.
Is the platform IAF MD5 compliant?+
Yes. The manday calculation engine is built specifically to IAF MD5:2019, including the supplementary documents MD1 (multi-site), MD11 (IMS), and the relevant annex tables for food safety (MD5 Annex A). Each calculation produces a full audit trace.
Can auditors from my CB access the platform?+
Yes. You can invite auditors to the Auditor Portal via a secure magic link. Auditors can access only the certifications they are assigned to, and all their actions are logged in the audit trail.
What accreditation bodies have reviewed the platform?+
The platform has been designed against ISO 17021-1:2015 and the IAF Mandatory Documents. We are actively seeking UKAS and DAkkS accreditation assessments. Contact us at isoapplication@fusionpact.com for documentation.
Does the platform have an open API?+
Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans include API access. The API is RESTful, JWT-authenticated, and supports all core platform operations. API documentation is available on request.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export it in JSON or CSV format. After 90 days, all data is securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
