By registering for or using ISO Application ("the Service"), you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation ("the Certification Body" or "CB"). If you do not have such authority, or do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between your organisation and Fusionpact Technologies Inc. ("Fusionpact", "we", "us").
The individual completing registration represents and warrants that: (a) they are a duly authorised officer, director, or representative of the CB; (b) they have the legal authority to bind the CB to these Terms; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Fusionpact may require evidence of such authorisation at any time.
ISO Application is a SaaS platform for ISO Certification Bodies providing end-to-end certification lifecycle management including client management, audit planning, certification forms, auditor management, certificate issuance, and related features. The Service is designed to support compliance with ISO 17021-1, IAF MD5, and related accreditation requirements.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate trial accounts that show evidence of abuse.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or process through the Service ("CB Data"). Fusionpact processes CB Data solely to provide the Service and does not sell, share, or use CB Data for any other purpose. We act as a data processor under GDPR and the DPDP Act 2023. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, sets out how we handle personal data.
The Service uses Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level to ensure that your data is mathematically isolated from data belonging to other Certification Bodies. Each CB operates in a fully isolated tenant environment. We implement ISO 27001-aligned security controls across the platform.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data; (c) reverse engineer or copy the Service; (d) use the Service to process data unrelated to ISO certification management; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed via Stripe (card) or Razorpay (INR). Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension. Refunds are not available for partial months except where required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusionpact's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of accreditation or loss of business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, United States of America. For international customers, we will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after 14 days of such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
